All trademarks, names, images, written text or graphics used on the Site or relating to the Products are and remain the exclusive property ofSimPRO Engineering® without the Customer having any rights over the same from accessing the Site and/or purchasing the Products.

The integrity of the elements of the Site, whether audio or visual, and the related technology used remain the exclusive property and are protected by intellectual property rights.
The documents, drawings, data and information (both in paper form and electronic media) that may be delivered to the Customer are confidential and constitute support for a better representation of the Products.
The Customer has the right to access the Site only for consultation and making purchases, no other use is permitted.

The Customer undertakes not to reproduce them, not to disclose them to third parties and, in the case of a Professional, to also take appropriate precautions towards their staff in order to guarantee their protection.

The Company Brand and the design of our driving simulators are protected by Intellectual Property.
All products and contents of the Site are the exclusive property of SimPRO Engineering® and are protected by international Copyright laws.

Privacy and Security
The Customer acknowledges that the personal data provided, with prior consent, will be recorded and used by
SimPRO Engineering® in accordance with the laws in force in Italy and in compliance with the regulations referred to in Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments. – Privacy code at the time of registration.

After registration, the Customer has the right to become a Member of the Site and will be able to decide whether to make their Account visible, with the information they deem most appropriate, within the "Members" Area.
The Customer may at any time update or delete their personal data provided through their personal "Account".
You can also revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data bySimPRO Engineering® by sending an email toprivacy@simproengineering.com.

During the Order phase and therefore at the conclusion of the Sales Contract, some personal data is required.
The Customer declares and guarantees that the data provided during the registration and purchase process are correct and truthful.

SimPRO Engineering® collaborates with the online review service Trustpilot. With your consent, we use your personal information to invite customers to post a review via the Trustpilot system. It consists of a transaction reference number, name and email address. For the service you need to create an account with Trustpilot, where you can set preferences regarding the personal data shared. Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Therefore, we have no responsibility for the content and activities of these linked sites so we seek to protect the integrity of our site.

Exclusion and Responsibility
SimPRO Engineering® reserves the right to cancel any Purchase Order for Products, at its sole discretion, whether or not Customer's credit card has been charged, in the event that there is an error regarding the price or Products at the time of posting on the Site, or in the event that the requested Product is no longer available.
If the Order is canceled after payment has been made, the Customer will be credited with the same amount as the amount already paid.
Terms of payment
The customer can choose to save, modify or delete his credit card data within his Account by clicking on "My wallet".
SimPRO Engineering® cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use.
Customers will be able to make payments for online purchases using the payment methods indicated on the Site when completing the Order, indicating the chosen payment method.
Payments made by credit card or other electronic forms are made via a secure connection directly connected to the banking institution that owns and manages the service.
Payment through PayPal will be redirected to the specific page.
SimPRO Engineering® will send to the Customer via e-mail, to the address declared by the same, the invoice in electronic format for the Products purchased and delivered in the Italian territory, or in attached paper format in all other cases.
